We listened!

Many parents we spoke to during our Exit IAG sessions asked for -further fun English language classes that also helped them support their children in school.



Our learners asked for us to text them for their IAG/enrolment appointments as a reminder so they would not forget.


Some learner asked for more weekly one-to-one support to help you with job actions and IT.

A family learning creative English course was piloted successfully in 2014 -15, because of this we have now secured funding this year to deliver family learning Early years’ courses to 100 parents over the next year.


We now text appointment reminders to 80% of our learners



We now offer additional one-to-one support through appointment via support staff and volunteers so that our learner can develop their job search/IT skills.
