To provide comprehensive, up-to-date and accurate information and advice by telephone, 5 days each week. If not given immediately, information will be sent by post within five working days of the request being made.
Requests for information and advice left on the answer phone are responded to within two working days.
A drop-in Service is available for information and advice 5 days each week.
Guidance interviews (pre-booked) for clients who need time to explore different options, or who are uncertain of their next step
Access to computer based programmes to support career planning and choices.
Waiting time for appointments will be no more than two working weeks.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment.
All advice and guidance offered is impartial, as none of our funders require us to achieve specific outcomes other than to meet your needs.
EASA staff will tell you, as far as they know, how accurate and up to date information is.
EASA does not offer a specific referral or placing service into education, training or employment, we will inform you of places or vacancies that we know about and can arrange appointments for you if you wish us to.
